THIS IS AN AMAZING FORMULA AS FAR AS INGREDIENTS. HOWEVER, THE PILL IS SO LARGE THAT MY SON COULDN’T TAKE IT. UNFORTUNATE

I’ve been taking these supplements for about a year now. I consider myself an over-thinker with general anxiety (mild-moderate). I’ve tried quite a few different supplements since I prefer not to go the prescription route. I always come back to these. They take the edge off of the day. I bought this for general anxiety to avoid meds and their side effects. It did not help and it gave me insomnia. Would love a refund.

I’ve only been taking these for a couple weeks now but I already see a difference in my mood and my irritability toward things. I was wonder has anyone noticed that it makes your urine like neon yellow? Or nauseous ? Yes I’m taking them with a good meal and I drink a lot of water through-out the day.

More than met my expectations. I took this 10 years ago. It was wonderful, but you have to be careful when you go off of it, just like any anti depressant… So make sure you are ordering so you won’t miss any doses.
