The quality is good grain is fine no problems with mixing it was regular table salt but 50/50 mix that I make is much cheaper than the low salt that you can buy at the grocery store.

Tomo remédio de pressão e ele andou provocando queda. Pesquisando, vi que ele bloqueia canais de potássio, o que me levou a comprar este item pra suprir as necessidades, restaurando o que falta se for o caso. Na primeira tomada, já senti os musculos da batata da perna mais relaxados. Recomendo muito. São 4 pacotes e cloreto de potássio para uma vida.

This stuff works. For some reason, my body either can’t keep it or burns through it. For me, it takes 2 hours before I can feel it the same way with the doctor’s pill of 2,000 mg (2g). It’s cheaper and a lot more for my money. I take it daily.

I had to cut down on the sodium and add a little potassium to my diet due to blood pressure meds and their side effects. This product works for me on both counts. The stuff I received was not actually powder, it was more like granulated table salt, only a little finer. That makes this excellent for my use, as I keep some in a salt shaker.The expiration date on the bottles was for five years into the future so no need to worry about it expiring before you can use it all up.

For me this works better than tablets. I put small amounts into my tea and drink it all day and night. Keeps me from getting Charlie Horses and muscle cramps. Most of the females in the family suffer from a potassium shortage. I keep potassium rich foods and drinks here all the time but it’s hard to eat all the food necessary to get the needed nutrients, especially as we age. This just ensures that I keep my potassium level good and can get potassium in me rapidly if need be.

I messed up somehow on the review. It was posted as fish oil, and that was somehow an error. Now foods makes this product and the Fish Oil. I have purchased both on Amazon. This product is a great replacement for Table Salt. Much Healthier. Also, my wife has an issue with low potassium, so it makes it easy for me to use this for cooking for her. I like “Now Foods” products. there are 25 people who saw this review as not helpful. Obviously due to the mislabeling by me of which of the 2 products I reviewed. Now I have to go check the Fish Oil review and make sure it is not for the Potassium, LOL.

I take tons of potassium for my hypokalemic periodic paralysis. This is a good brand and best price. I mix it in water and also sprinkle it on food to eat a salty taste without using salt.
